Refund policy

Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of buying a pass and you get all your money back. We don't ask why.
How to ask
Email support@bandsix.app from the address you bought with. Include the order number from the receipt Creem emailed you. If you can't find the receipt, the email address is enough.
We refund through Creem, the company that processed your payment, usually within 3 business days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
What happens to your pass
- The refunded pass ends when the refund is made.
- If you had bought another pass after it, that one moves up and starts right away, so you lose none of its days.
- Your account and your practice history stay.
After 7 days
After 7 days we don't refund a pass, with two exceptions:
- BandSix didn't work for you because of a fault on our side and we couldn't fix it. Write to us and we'll make it right.
- The law where you live gives you a right to a refund. This policy never takes away rights you have by law.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank. A refund from us is faster. A disputed payment ends the pass it paid for.
Who processes refunds
Creem is the merchant of record for BandSix: it sells the pass to you, charges you and handles tax. Refunds go back through Creem. Creem's own terms are at creem.io/terms.

改变主意了？购买通行证后7天内申请，全额退款，我们不问原因。
如何申请
用购买时的邮箱发邮件到 support@bandsix.app，附上 Creem 发给你的收据上的订单号。找不到收据的话，提供邮箱地址就可以。
我们通过为你处理付款的公司 Creem 退款，通常在3个工作日内完成。退款会原路退回到你付款的银行卡或账户。银行入账可能还需要5到10个工作日。
你的通行证会怎样
- 退款完成时，被退款的通行证随即失效。
- 如果你在它之后还买了另一张通行证，那一张会提前、立即生效，天数一天不少。
- 你的账户和练习记录都会保留。
超过7天
超过7天后，通行证不再退款，但有两种例外：
- 由于我们这边的故障导致 BandSix 无法使用，且我们没能修好。请写信给我们，我们会妥善处理。
- 你所在地的法律赋予你退款的权利。本政策不会减少你依法享有的任何权利。
拒付（chargeback）
在向银行发起付款争议之前，请先联系我们。我们直接退款会更快。发生付款争议的通行证会随即失效。
谁来处理退款
Creem 是 BandSix 的销售方（merchant of record）：由它向你出售通行证、收款并处理税务。退款同样通过 Creem 原路退回。Creem 自己的条款见 creem.io/terms。
